Honey Mana Light

Our honeydew Manna Light from Castrum Hive is a unique and special combination of acacia honey and coniferous honeydew. It was harvested in 2022 in the county of Mures, on the hillside of the village of Cuiesd.
The honey is unfiltered, untreated and unheated. With time the honey gradually crystallizes.
