Juillet, meaning July, is a hay honey exclusively from the mountain area of Liteni, Cluj county from the Natura 2000 site - Liteni and Săvădisla pastures. It's our flagship honey.
Hay or hay honey is a generic name for honey harvested in hilly areas, on pastures with an abundant summer flora (July-August). It is a very pleasant honey, with a creamy texture that makes it easy to spread, full of floral aromas.
